Transformer Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester Description

Transformer Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester Description

The dielectric strength of transformer oil is also called the breakdown voltage (BDV) of transformer oil. The breakdown voltage is measured by observing the voltage at which spark lines are generated between two electrodes immersed in oil and separated by a specific gap. It is one of the items that must be tested during the daily maintenance of the transformer.

The PS-1001 Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester (Oil Dielectric Strength Tester) is developed according to the international standard IEC60156/ASTM standard. The PS-1001 oil bdv tester uses a 7-inch touch screen, the entire test process is visible, and 100 test data and results can be stored. All human-computer interaction operations are completed by touch. The micro printer can print the test results in the record at any time. The tester is easy to operate and can be quickly used by those without operating experience. The instrument has over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and other protection functions, and has strong anti-interference ability and good electromagnetic compatibility.
