变压器直流电阻是变压器制造中半成品、成品出厂试验、安装、大修、换分接开关、交接试验及电力部门预防性试验的必测项目。可检查绕组接头焊接质量,绕组匝间有无短路现象,可检查电压分接开关各位置接触是否良好,分接开关实际位置与指示位置是否一致,引线有无断线,多股导线并绕有无断股现象等。
