PS-3045 digital isolationsmodstandsmåler, også kendt som megger, højspændingsisolationsmodstandstester osv., bruges til test af isolationsmodstand. Det har funktionen til at måle DC-spænding, AC-spænding, DC-spændingsabsorptionsforhold og polarisationsindeks.
