As intelligent manufacturing and quality-driven strategies continue to reshape global industries, the testing equipment sector is experiencing a rapid evolution in 2025. Recent updates in national policy, technology innovation, and industrial demand are driving the industry to new heights.
China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), along with six other departments, jointly issued the “Action Plan for the Development of Intelligent Testing Equipment (2023–2025)”, aiming to achieve breakthroughs in over 50 types of smart testing equipment, core components, and specialized software by 2025. This initiative is fueling innovation and localization in the instrumentation sector.
As electronic components become smaller and more complex, traditional inspection methods are no longer sufficient. The integration of optical, X-ray, ultrasonic, and AI vision technologies is enabling precise, non-destructive testing of micro-level defects and internal structures. These solutions are now widely used in fields such as chip manufacturing, power systems, and renewable energy components, significantly improving defect detection and early failure prevention.
The power sector, new energy systems, and environmental monitoring are among the fastest-growing application areas for testing equipment. The increasing need for accurate oil analysis in transformers, inverters, and storage systems is driving demand for instruments such as dielectric strength testers, flash point analyzers, and moisture testers. In environmental applications, government tenders for national air and water quality monitoring systems are pushing demand for compliant, high-performance analyzers.
The upcoming ACCSI 2025 Scientific Instrument Conference will bring together manufacturers, research institutions, and end-users to discuss front-line technology and supply chain cooperation. The event aims to accelerate matchmaking and foster deeper collaboration across the entire instrumentation ecosystem.
As a professional manufacturer of oil testing instruments, Baoding PUSH Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is actively contributing to the industry’s intelligent transformation. We specialize in developing equipment for:
Our solutions are widely used in power grids, renewable energy systems, oil laboratories, and industrial facilities.
