    Chombo hicho kina kiwango cha voltage ya awamu nne na pato la sasa la awamu ya tatu (voltage ya awamu sita na pato la sasa la awamu sita). Haiwezi tu kupima relay mbalimbali za jadi na vifaa vya ulinzi, lakini pia kupima ulinzi mbalimbali wa kisasa wa kompyuta ndogo, hasa kwa ajili ya ulinzi wa nguvu ya tofauti ya transformer na kifaa cha kusubiri cha kubadili kiotomatiki.
